Choose the 06045MA1 to add lightning detection to a listed compatible AcuRite display, including the 06046M and 06088M. A paired display also receives temperature and humidity readings.1 The detector gives a local warning light and audible alarm when it detects lightning.1
Before you buy
The lightning detection radius of 25 miles is separate from the radio link: plan around its rated 330 feet to the display, depending on home construction materials.1 It needs four AA alkaline or lithium batteries; use lithium batteries for temperatures below -4 degrees Fahrenheit.1
